Please check the information below for answers to the most common questions. If you don't find what you're looking for, please contact me via email. I will answer your message promptly, usually within one business day.

OUR ONLINE SHOPPING CART
If you experience any problems or are unable to place an order, please report them to me as soon as possible. Our cart relies on connections between several servers being available (the web site host, cart provider, PayPal and the US Postal Service) so if you are experiencing difficulties placing an order it is possible that one or more of the servers may be experiencing temporary connectivity problems, especially during periods of peak activity.

PRINTED SHIRTS
Our printed shirts are produced using both heat transfer and direct print processes. Please visit our Shirt Sizes & Care page for details.

MINIMUM ORDER
Please note that our minimum order is $10 and a handling charge of from $1 to $4 is included in the shipping calculation depending on the type of items ordered.

30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
We want you to be 100% satisfied with anything you've purchased from us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please return the item to us for a full refund (less shipping and handling charges) within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in new, salable condition. They should not be washed, worn, or damaged. If the item is not in new condition, please contact us before sending the item back. CD-ROM's may only be returned if unopened within 30 days of purchase.

ORDER METHODS
We try to make ordering as easy as possible. Currently, there are three convenient ways to order:

ONLINE: Simply visit our web site at http://www.seawarstore.com and place your order there -- open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

BY MAIL: Fill out a printable order form and mail it to: Commander Rich Sartore, SEAWARSTORE.COM, 4394 Pennsylvania Ave, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32169-4131.

BY PHONE: Call 386-428-7950 between the hours of 0800 and 1600 Eastern Time (GMT -5) on Saturdays or Sundays only. If you are charging your order to a credit card, please consider sending me an email including your shipping address and the items you would like to order so I can have the order total ready when you call with your credit card information.

PAYMENT
Online purchases can be made using PayPal or credit card. We currently accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER. You can also use your credit card if you wish to order by telephone (see above). Please note that we do not store or retain any credit card or account information once your payment has been processed successfully. While this may present an inconvenience to repeat customers, we believe this policy provides the best protection against fraud or theft of personal information.

SALES TAX
We are required by state law to charge sales tax on applicable items for orders shipped to customers within the state of Florida. Sales tax will be calculated automatically for you when you shop online.

SHIPPING METHODS
We make all shipments via the United States Postal Service using Priority Mail service for domestic customers and Priority Mail International, First Class Mail International or Express Mail International is available for shipments to customers outside the United States (including Canada). We will automatically upgrade orders from outside the USA to USPS Priority Mail International whenever possible. This upgrade can only be applied to smaller, light-weight items such as shirts and CD sets which can be shipped in USPS Flat Rate envelopes or boxes. Please contact us if you would like your order to ship using a method not listed here.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We are delighted to hear from our overseas customers but please understand that there are often certain restrictions and additional shipping charges that will apply depending on your location. Please read the following FAQ for details regarding your purchase.

Q: Will I have to pay any additional charges when I receive my order?
A: Additional taxes, duties, or custom fees may be charged by your local government and due at time of delivery. These charges are not calculated during checkout. You are responsible for paying any additional fees at time of delivery. Please contact your local authorities to see if there will be any additional charges.

Q: Can you list my order as a gift?
A: Sorry, we are required by law to list the value of your order on any documents. We cannot list your order as a gift or put a value of $0.

Q: What payment methods are accepted?
A: All international orders must be paid for in US funds. We accept payment via PayPal, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover) or International Money Order in US funds (be sure to include S&H charges). Money orders should be made payable to "Richard R. Sartore".

Q: What shipping methods are available?
A: We currently offer a choice of USPS Express Mail International, Priority Mail International (usually 6-10 business day delivery from date of shipment) or USPS First Class Mail International (formerly called Air Parcel Post) for shipments outside the USA.

Q: Can I return an item?
A: You can return items according to our return policy. However, you will need to pay for any additional S&H charges for us to send exchanged items to you.

DAMAGED ITEMS & RETURNS
If an item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and further instructions will be provided. Returns and exchanges will be handled promptly. We will credit your original method of payment. If you are exchanging to a higher size or to another item and there is a small price increase of less than $5, please include a check to cover the amount. If the item you are exchanging for costs less than the original item, we will refund you for the difference. Just follow these simple instructions to send back a return or exchange:

No return authorization number is needed. Write a note explaining whether you want an exchange or a return (if it's an exchange, be sure to specify what you want to exchange it for). Let us know why you are returning the item (for example, wrong size, wrong color, wrong item sent, damaged, etc.). Make sure your name and contact information are with the return (or make a copy of your invoice).

All items must be returned in salable condition. Ship your return to the address above (we highly recommend using a reputable shipping carrier that provides proof of delivery and insurance in case the package is lost).

PRIVACY INFO AND POLICY
Your privacy is very important to us. Any personal information we collect will be kept strictly confidential. We will not give any of your personal information to any other organization for any reason - period.
